There will never be another Billy Fury, he was unique with an amazing stage presence. He had the looks, the voice and the fashion sense of a star. On numerous accounts “Billy Fury” was called “The British Elvis” and while some people may think this is quite a cool tag, I personally think it’s a bit unfair. He was famous and he did have success but he should have been bigger. Since his untimely death in 1983, the Billy Fury tribute acts listed below have been keeping his name and music alive.
